By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. General Provisions & Commercial Use
- B2B Nature: This Site and our Products are intended primarily for commercial, industrial, and business-to-business (B2B) use. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing Products for business or professional purposes.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Site.
2. Product Information & Compatibility Disclaimer
- Specifications: We strive to ensure all technical specifications, optical parameters, data rates, and compatibility charts (e.g., compatibility with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, etc.) are accurate. However, specifications are subject to technical modifications and design updates without prior notice.
- Compatibility: While we provide compatibility guidance, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the Products are compatible with their specific network infrastructure and host equipment prior to deployment.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Quotations and Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Quotations provided on the Site or via email are valid for the period specified therein.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions or raw material cost fluctuations. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, freight, and shipping costs, which will be added at checkout or invoiced separately.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made through approved methods (e.g., Wire Transfer/T/T, Credit Card, PayPal, or established Credit Terms). Orders will not be processed until payment is received or credit is approved.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs
- Incoterms: Standard delivery terms are EXW or FOB Wuhan, China, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
- Customs & Import Duties: The buyer is solely responsible for all import customs clearance, tariffs, taxes, and regulatory compliance in the destination country.
- Delivery Risks: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.
5. Warranty & Return Policy (RMA)
- Standard Warranty: We provide a limited Lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, improper installation, static electricity damage, thermal overload, unauthorized alteration, or physical damage.
- RMA Procedure: Returns for repair or replacement require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer support team prior to shipment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goilips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to network downtime, lost data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our Products or Site.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, technical documentation, and software, is the property of Goilips or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
